1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using SqueakyLeads Network ("the Platform"), operated at squeakyleads-network.web.app, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree, do not use the Platform. We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time; continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old to use SqueakyLeads Network. By registering, you represent that you are of legal age and have the authority to enter into these Terms. Accounts created by minors will be terminated.
3. Account Registration
To access most features, you must create an account and provide accurate, complete information. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us immediately at squeakyleads@gmail.com if you suspect unauthorized access.
4. User Roles
4.1 Vendors (Cleaners)
Vendors are cleaning professionals who create profiles, set their skills, and apply for jobs posted by Buyers. Each Vendor receives one free home county. Additional counties may be subscribed to for $2 per month each.
4.2 Buyers (Clients)
Buyers are businesses or individuals who post cleaning jobs on the Platform. Job postings are charged at $5 per county and remain active for 30 days.
5. Worker Classification
SqueakyLeads Network supports a variety of job types including 1099 independent contractor roles, W-2 employee positions, part-time, full-time, temporary, and recurring opportunities. The Platform does not determine or enforce the employment classification between Buyers and Vendors. It is the responsibility of both parties to agree on the classification and comply with applicable tax, insurance, and labor laws and regulations.
6. Payments
6.1 Platform Fees
The Vendor home county is free. Additional county subscriptions cost $2/month each. Buyer job posting fees are $5/county. All payments are processed securely through Stripe. By making a purchase, you agree to Stripe's Terms of Service.
6.2 Off-Platform Payments
Payments between Buyers and Vendors for cleaning services happen off-platformvia methods such as CashApp, Venmo, Zelle, or other agreed-upon methods. SqueakyLeads Network does not process, guarantee, or mediate service payments between users. However, we provide a "Payment Dispute / Complaint" button that sends a report to our admin team for review.
6.3 Refunds
Platform fees (county subscriptions and job posting fees) are generally non-refundable. If you believe a charge was made in error, contact us at squeakyleads@gmail.com and we will review your request on a case-by-case basis.
7. User Conduct
You agree not to:
- Provide false or misleading information in your profile or job postings
- Use the Platform for any unlawful purpose
- Harass, threaten, or discriminate against other users
- Post spam, fraudulent jobs, or misleading listings
- Attempt to circumvent Platform fees or manipulate the matching system
- Scrape, copy, or reproduce any content from the Platform without permission
- Interfere with the Platform's security, infrastructure, or availability
Violations may result in immediate account suspension or termination without notice.
8. Content and Intellectual Property
8.1 Your Content
You retain ownership of content you upload (profile photos, resumes, job descriptions). By posting content, you grant SqueakyLeads Network a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to display and distribute that content on the Platform for the purpose of providing our services.
8.2 Our Content
The Platform's design, logo, code, and original content are the intellectual property of SqueakyLeads Network and may not be copied, modified, or distributed without written permission.
9. Job Listings and Matching
SqueakyLeads Network matches Vendors with Buyers based on county location and skill preferences. We do not guarantee job placement, the quality of services rendered, or that any particular job will be filled. Users are responsible for vetting each other before entering into any working arrangement.
10. Limitation of Liability
SqueakyLeads Network is a marketplace that connects cleaning professionals with clients. To the maximum extent permitted by law:
- We are not liable for the quality, safety, or legality of cleaning services performed.
- We are not liable for disputes, property damage, or personal injury arising from work arranged through the Platform.
- We are not liable for payment disputes between Buyers and Vendors, as all service payments happen off-platform.
- The Platform is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied.
- Our total liability for any claim related to the Platform shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.
11. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless SqueakyLeads Network, its owners, employees, and affiliates from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including legal fees) arising from your use of the Platform, your violation of these Terms, or any dispute between you and another user.
12. Account Termination
You may delete your account at any time by contacting us. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, engage in fraudulent activity, or remain inactive for an extended period. Upon termination, your profile data will be removed in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
13. Dispute Resolution
Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the Platform will first be resolved through good-faith negotiation. If a resolution cannot be reached, the dispute will be settled through binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association, with proceedings held in the state where SqueakyLeads Network operates.
14. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
